Kevin Wilson

Kevin B. Wilson graduated from the University of Tennessee College of Law in 1981. Attorney Wilson was admitted to the Tennessee Bar in 1981 and practiced one year in Knoxville before opening the practice of Wilson & Wilson in Chattanooga in 1982, with his wife, Scarlett T. Wilson. In 2002, the firm name was changed to Kevin B. Wilson Law Offices. He was admitted to practice before U.S. District Court, Eastern District Tennessee and U.S. 6th Circuit Court of Appeals in 1987; U.S. District Court, Middle District of Tenn., in 2011; and the Western District of Tennessee, in 2012. He also practices in all Tennessee State Courts. In November 2017, he was also admitted to the practice of law in the State of Georgia.

Kevin B. Wilson is a member of the Chattanooga Bar Association, Tennessee Municipal Judges Conference, Tennessee General Sessions Judges Conference, and the American Collectors Association (ACA) International Members’ Attorney Program.

In May 2019, Mr. Wilson became a fellow of the Chattanooga Bar Foundation.

Mr. Wilson was elected as the Collegedale City Court Judge in 1990. He has been re-elected to this part-time position three times and continues to preside as Judge.

Kevin became licensed to practice law in Georgia in December 2017 to better serve our clients for whom we collect debts in Georgia.

Scarlett T. Wilson graduated from the University of Tennessee College of Law in 1981. Attorney Wilson was admitted to the Tennessee Bar in 1981 and practiced with TVA’s Equal Opportunity Compliance offices in Knoxville and Chattanooga as an analyst, mediator, and investigator before joining the practice of Wilson & Wilson in Chattanooga in 1988. At the end of 2017 Ms.Wilson became of counsel to the firm. Scarlett retired from the practice of law at the end of 2018.

Seth Wilson
Seth Wilson

Seth A. Wilson graduated Cum Laude from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga in 2012 with B.S. degrees in Marketing and Entrepreneurship. . He graduated from University of Tennessee College of Law in May 2016. He also graduated high school from The Baylor School in 2007. Seth A. Wilson, after passing the Tennessee Bar Exam, was sworn in by his father on October 12, 2016, in Collegedale Municipal Court. The three Wilson lawyers pictured. At the end of 2017 Seth became a Jr partner in the firm.

Erika Walker
Erika Walker

Erika is Paralegal to Mr. Wilson and has been with the firm since 1997. Erika graduated Magna Cum Laude from Chattanooga State Technical Community College in 1994 with an AAS degree in Legal Assisting. She performs a comprehensive list of Paralegal duties, including E-filing in State and Federal Courts, and drafting of legal documents. She also takes on the role of Office Manager which includes providing notary public services. Erika is responsible for the invoicing/accounting functions for the firm, maintenance of various in-state and out-of-state licenses, and is administrator of various programs required for the success of the office, or as she has been dubbed by Mr. Wilson, “Whatever”!
